In our effort to provide the best service to our customers, a limited number of our product lines are sold directly to the end-user. By utilizing our skilled customer service department, we have added this service at the request of the manufacturer and the end-user.
Petro-Viron Inc. maintains two warehouses to support our principals, both as a warehousing distributor and as a Canadian point of distribution for sales generated by the manufacturer and our distributors.
Petro-Viron Inc. maintains a knowledgeable, current technical department to support all of our products and services. This department is available 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, to address any technical or warranty issue.
With our monitoring services, Petro-Viron Inc. provides system support for alarms by notifying service maintenance contractors to follow up on alarms. In-house technical support is personally provided though our office. Petro-Viron Inc. can establish instant alarm notification to the site service providers and any other individuals as determined by the site managers. Notification can be received by e-mail, SMS, or fax.
